Dharma (Hatha Raja) Yoga
Dharma Yoga is a heart-centered, devotional practice rooted in the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra. A form of classical Hatha-Raja Yoga, this is a full practice including graceful, challenging, playful asanas, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and deep guided relaxation. With an emphasis on compassion, surrender, and spiritual wisdom, the goal is self-realization, inner peace, and living in alignment with our true purpose.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice using props to fully support the body in long-held poses. It encourages deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and healing by activating the parasympathetic response. With mindful breathing and stillness, it soothes stress, relieves tension, and fosters a profound sense of ease and renewal.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that leads practitioners into deep relaxation while maintaining awareness. Using body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization, it promotes profound rest, reduces stress, and enhances self-inquiry. This practice supports healing, subconscious reprogramming, and access to higher states of consciousness.

Yin
Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues through long-held, passive postures. It enhances flexibility, joint mobility, and energetic flow while cultivating patience and mindfulness. By embracing stillness, it balances the nervous system, supports emotional release, and complements more active yoga styles or busy lifestyles.

Restorative SPA
Restorative SPA. is the acronym I came up with to describe the most lush, relaxing and loving practice I offer - a blend of Restorative Yoga with Supportive Touch (hands-on adjustments), Props and Aromatherapy. This is the practice you need when life feels a bit too much and you want to give back to yourself. An opportunity to rest, recharge, down-regulate and breathe deep.

Morning Flow
Morning Flow is a conscious and intentional way to start the day, designed to awaken, mobilise and energise the body and mind through creative sequencing, core work, balancing postures and a good balance of strength and stretch. We explore the relationship between our body and the floor (ground, earth), as well as our practice on and off the mat.
Maha Sadhana
Also known as, “The Great Practice”, this is an extended gathering (2.5-3 hours) inspired by Sri Dharma Mittra’s complete yoga system, integrating asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. It includes Dharma Yoga’s signature postures, deep relaxation, and teachings on self-realization.
Rooted in bhava (devotion), dharma (rightful living) and sangha (community), the Maha Sadhana format is a ceremonial gathering that weaves in rituals, music, instruments, and light refreshments.
